TikTok integration — AurumPublish

What it is used for

AurumPublish uses TikTok Login Kit to connect your TikTok account, and the Content Posting API (Direct Post) to publish a video that you provide to your own account. Nothing else. It never posts on its own and it never posts to an account you did not connect yourself.

Permissions it asks for

Permission	Why
`user.info.basic`	To show your TikTok nickname so you can see which account is connected.
`video.upload`	To send your video to TikTok.
`video.publish`	To publish the video to your profile after you confirm the post on the review screen.

What happens when you post to TikTok

You connect your accountOn TikTok's own authorization screen. AurumPublish never sees your TikTok password.
You see the review screenYour nickname, the privacy levels TikTok allows for you, the interaction switches, the disclosure options and the music confirmation.
You press publishOnly then is the video sent and published. The result, or TikTok's own error, is shown next to the post.

Your data

Data from TikTok is used only to let you publish your own original videos and to show your account name and posting options.
It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising or analytics.
The access token is stored on the operator's own private server until it expires or you disconnect.
Uploaded video files are removed after the post completes.

How to disconnect

Disconnect TikTok in AurumPublish, which deletes the stored token. You can also remove AurumPublish's access in the TikTok app's own settings, under the permissions of connected apps. To ask what is stored or to request deletion, write to ayberkkarasoy9@gmail.com.
